Direct book orders
The Signed Author Edition of Beginner's Guide to Creating a One Page Business Plan is currently available for $19.99 plus a $4.99 flat U.S. shipping charge. The Standard Edition will also use a $4.99 U.S. shipping rate; its book price and purchase availability will be finalized after the Bookvault production and fulfillment quote is confirmed. Applicable sales tax is calculated during Stripe checkout.
Order processing and delivery
Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier. Any carrier delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Shipping address
Please review the shipping address carefully during checkout. If you notice an address problem after purchase, use the order-support guidance on the Contact & Support page as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
If a direct order arrives damaged or incorrect, or if there is a delivery problem, keep the order confirmation and relevant packaging and contact order support. Photos may be requested for damaged items so the issue can be evaluated efficiently.
Digital workbook purchases
The standalone One-Page Business Planning Workbook is a digital product delivered immediately after successful Stripe checkout. There is no shipping charge for a workbook-only purchase. If the workbook does not open after payment or you lose access to the post-purchase page, use the Contact & Support page with your Stripe receipt or checkout confirmation so access can be verified. Because digital access is delivered immediately, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances, including duplicate purchases or verified technical-access problems.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Requests involving direct book orders are reviewed based on the order status and circumstances. If a return or refund is approved, instructions will be provided and any approved refund will be sent through the original payment method. Submit cancellation requests as soon as possible; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
